Axys is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning and analysis of our company, ensuring its financial health and long-term sustainability. With a deep understanding of the business levers underlying the operations of our team, you will be responsible for helping the business drive toward well-informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s financial management and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth goals, evaluating investment opportunities and managing risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating terms and securing financing as needed.
Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s overall strategic plans.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar finance leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-based decision making.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Experience in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry is a plus.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Ideal candidate has 10-15+ years of experience.
