Ensure the financial health and integrity providing accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Main Tasks:
Review budget proposals and funding requests
Conduct cost/benefit and other types of analyses
Submit budget recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests
Explain and defend recommendations to management and stakeholders
Collaborate with managers to develop final consolidated Budget
Ensure the organization’s budget adheres to legal regulations
Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending
Make forecasts for future budget needs
Suggest improvements to increase profits (e.g. spending cuts)
Prepare periodical and special reports
Verifying financial data and maintain accurate records
Supporting monetary transactions
Resolving accounting issues
keeping financial records
preparing bills
delivering high-quality customer service.
Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
Monitor financial transactions
Assist with account reconciliations
Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
Report the status of accounts and discrepancies
Skills and experience:
Bilingual
Have a strong mathematical mind and an ability to think critically.
knowledgeable about all legal regulations pertaining to budgeting.

Proven experience as budget analyst
Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting method
Understanding of budgeting and regulatory requirements
Proficient in MS Office and databases; knowledge of graphic software is a plus
BSc/MSc in accounting, finance, business or relevant field
ability to multi-task efficiently
be trustworthy and an excellent communicator
Bachelor´s in Accounting , Finance or related field.
Finance 5+ years experience in: internal control, fiscal obligations (taxes), methods and procedures
