Marketing and Corporate Affairs Specialist undertakes a range of supportive tasks to contribute to the success of marketing initiatives, corporate communication, and brand promotion within the company.
Social Media Assistance: Support the planning and execution of social media strategies. Assist in content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience on various platforms.
Content Development: Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging.
Public Relations Support: Assist in the development of press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials. Participate in outreach efforts to media outlets and influencers to enhance the company’s visibility.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, trade shows, and conferences. Assist in logistics, promotional activities, and post-event analysis.
Internal Communication: Contribute to internal communication initiatives in collaboration with HR, such as employee newsletters and updates. Assist in maintaining a positive and informed internal communication environment.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Compile data and provide insights to support marketing strategies.
Community Engagement: Assist in community engagement initiatives, such as partnerships, sponsorships, or local events. Help build positive relationships with community stakeholders.
Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with design teams or use basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.
Administrative Tasks: Support day-to-day administrative functions within the marketing and corporate affairs department. This may include organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Brand Monitoring: Monitor online mentions and discussions related to the company’s brand. Report any emerging trends or issues to the relevant teams for timely response.
Collaboration and Learning: Actively participate in team collaboration, contribute ideas, and stay updated on industry best practices. Take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in marketing and corporate affairs.
Bachelors degree in marketing, international business, administration or related fields (0-3 year experience)
Ideally experience with industrial customers
Bilingual (eng/esp) preferred
